- Pricing: All prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Returns and Refunds
At Leaf & Lumen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your matcha purchase. If you are not happy with your order or if you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase at team@leafandlumen.com. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, depending on the circumstances, we may issue a refund or offer an exchange.
If your return is approved, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

*Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your products and the delivery address.
